UGI Acquires Shell Gas (LPG) UK

US based UGI Corporation has acquired Shell’s lp gas distribution businesses in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Shell Gas (LPG) UK’s lpg business has been rebranded as Avanti Gas and will be managed as a local company.
