BP is to sell its cylinder and bulk lpg filling operations in the UK, Portugal, Austria, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, China and South Africa, as well as its non refinery integrated wholesale business, following a review. Included in the sale are lpg storage terminals, cylinder filling plants, customer lists, operating licences and logistics assets.
BP will retain its European lpg autogas business and its wholesale lpg outlets supporting its refinery operations.
