AEGPL Elects UKLPG Treasurer

UKLPG chief executive Rob Shuttleworth has been elected treasurer of the AEGPL.

He said: “This provides a great opportunity for the UK to bring itself closer to the activity of our sister association and ensure the UK industry voice contributes positively. The UKLPG team are already working closer than ever before with the AEGPL across its structure.

“AEGPL representatives attend UKLPG meetings and present at our annual conference, and Lisa Thomson, UKLPG’s policy and communications manager, sits on the new energy taxation directive taskforce, which brings together the key policy representatives active across Europe. Jeff Watson, our technical manager, continues to meet and liaise with the AEGPL’s technical manager, and we are working closely with the AEGPL to plan the 2013 World LP Gas Forum in the UK.”
