Andrews Offering High Lpg Gas Water Heating Efficiency

Andrews Water Heaters offers a range of high efficiency direct gas fired commercial water heaters, all of which are compatible with lpg when purchased with a conversion kit. The NEOflo stainless steel condensing storage water heater is suited to retrofit and refurbishment projects and in buildings where water pressure is low. The NEOflo has low internal resistance, allowing the heater to operate at pressures as low as 0.2 bar.

Featuring a fully condensing 316-litre stainless steel heat exchanger with a premix burner, NEOflo can achieve an efficiency of 106 per cent net and a NOx performance of less than 25ppm. Available in 200, 300 and 400 litre stainless steel storage tank options, NEOflo has a recovery rate of 430 litres per hour through a 50°C rise for all models.

The MAXXflo stainless steel condensing water heater won the Queens Award for Innovation in 2007. Up to four independent multiple premix modulating burner modules achieve up to 109 per cent efficiency and NOx emissions of 25ppm. MAXXflo also has an anti-legionella feature and offers tank options of 200 and 300 litre capacities, with four output sizes from 30 to 120kW.

The ECOflo high efficiency condensing storage water heater range comprises eight models in storage capacities of 230 and 380 litres. Featuring a low NOX premix power burner, ECOflo has a thermal efficiency rate of up to 98 per cent gross. It also offers typical recovery rates of up to 1,400-litres/hr ΔT50ºC.

A three pass flue system moves the hot flue gases at high velocity which, combined with high turbulence, causes a high rate of heat transfer into the water. The model can also be flued either vertically or horizontally as a room sealed balanced flue appliance, and has a vitreous enamel lined storage tank.
