The World LP Gas Association (WLPGA) has created a new website www.exceptionalenergy.com to showcase its LPG Exceptional Energy brand, which aims to raise awareness of the features of lp gas among policymakers, industry and consumers and promote the use of consistent messages within the global lpg gas industry.
The website showcases the features of lpg, a series of cases studies from around the world, interactive maps and graphs featuring the fuel’s benefits, factsheets, Q&As, a resource centre with reports and studies and a media room for journalists. The next phase will be to translate the website into different languages.
The website also includes an industry toolkit for WLPGA members containing branded communication materials and readymade artwork, such as the Exceptional Times Require Exceptional Energy advertising campaign, to promote the use of common and consistent messages industrywide.
James Rockall, managing director of the WLPGA, said: “The advertising campaign aims to inject a refreshing, human approach to the lpg industry that everyone can relate to. The brand is supplier neutral, which means the entire industry can use it. We are encouraging all of our regional and national associations to use it, so we are speaking with one voice and help spread the word that lpg is an exceptional energy.”
