Seminar
The LP Gas Association is co-sponsoring the
Institute of Mechanical Engineers’ Transportable Pressure
Equipment seminar to be held on Tuesday May 25 2004 at 1 Birdcage
Walk, London.
New regulations, The Carriage of Dangerous
Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations
2004, come into force in April. The seminar will explain the
effects of recent changes in legislation on the various parties
involved in the carriage of dangerous goods and the use of transportable
pressure equipment. The roles of the competent authority, approved
bodies, notified bodies, manufacturers and users will be covered,
as well as some recent practical problems that have been encountered
with certain types of equipment.
LPGA members are entitled to a co-sponsors’ rate
of £180 + VAT.
