Cold Burning
A new, more generalised version of IS17–Cold
Burns, which supersedes the 2003 version, IS17–Autogas
Cold Burns, is now available on the members’ area of the
LP Gas Association’s website. Cold burns can occur when
unprotected skin is exposed to liquid propane that then evaporates,
withdrawing heat from the area and causing tissue damage.
