Tankgas Takes Back Control
As UK distributor for Smith pumps and GasGuard
nozzles, Tankgas Equipment Ltd has made arrangements to deal
with the repair and reconditioning of the equipment following
the closure of Contromatic Development, which previously undertook
the work on Tankgas’ behalf.
Martin Griggs at Tankgas explained: “It
was important for us to move swiftly and offer the continuity
of a repair and refurbishment service for the products we supply,
and we decided that, in order to control the quality and standard
of repairs, it was necessary for us to make the arrangements
ourselves."
The move has the full backing and support
of the manufacturers, Smith Pumps and LG Equipment, and all work
is undertaken to the manufacturers’ original specifications.
