New Show at Forum
The LPGA’s annual Approved Installer
Forum was held in June, attended by nearly 100 people on the
day. Speakers included Colin Matthews from the Energy Saving
Trust and the new director general of the LPGA, Rob Shuttleworth.
"It was a real demonstration of the whole
industry working together for common goals,” said Mike
Chapman, autogas manager, LPGA. “This was by far the most
successful event we have had.”
The Forum this year included a trade show,
where 10 major vehicle conversion equipment suppliers exhibited,
including
Alternatech,
Autogas 2000, Autogas Worldwide, CLS, FES Autogas, HKL Gas
Power, Jaymic Systems, Millbrook, Nicholson McLaren Engines and
Walker
Autogas.
Andrew Ford, chairman of the LPGA Autogas
Development Committee, judged and presented the award for best
stand at the
show to
Jaymic Systems Ltd. A similar show is planned for next year.
