InstallerLive Offers Lpg
Seminars
CORGI’s national show, InstallerLive
2006, will be held at the newly opened Ricoh Arena in Coventry
from October 17–20 2006.
InstallerLive 2006 is offering
installers up-to-the-minute technical and regulatory information,
combined with access to the latest
products and innovations from the world’s leading heating,
plumbing and ventilation companies.
Show director, Dan Caesar,
said: “InstallerLive 2006 is
already promising to be this year’s largest event dedicated
to the gas, heating and plumbing industry, with more exhibitors
than any other industry show. CORGI’s regional Installer
Events are always extremely popular with installers, and InstallerLive
2006 takes it that step further – bringing everything an
installer needs under one roof. With the leading merchants, manufacturers,
suppliers and CORGI exhibiting every day, InstallerLive 2006
will be a very worthwhile day out.”
Entry to the show is
free and offers the opportunity to meet with CORGI face-to-face
and discuss the issues and regulations
affecting installers in their everyday work, from Gas Work Notification
through to updating CORGI registration details.
Specialist lpg
seminars will be discussing the industry unsafe situation procedure
and its effects on lpg installations. Installers
will also have the opportunity to discuss current practices and
put forward suggested improvements to the guidance document.
InstallerLive
was launched last year, and was attended by almost 4,000 visitors.
Dan Caesar said: “Last year’s show
was great, but this year’s show is going to be fantastic.
Installers gave us lots of feedback on how to make the show more
valuable for them, so we have kept the things they loved and
changed a few things that didn’t work so well. We’ve
found a great venue, as central and as easy to reach for as many
installers as possible, and we’ve changed the show to run
in the week rather than the weekend after feedback from visitors.”
Many
of the top names in the heating industry will be putting their
boilers under the spotlight each day at the Demo Station
and exhibitors will include BES, CORGI, Calor Gas and Flogas.
