Better Coverage Acquired
Kosan Crisplant, a Danish company offering
cylinder filling equipment and systems, has acquired French competitor,
Provencale d’Automation et de Mecanique (PAM), giving the
company better coverage of the world market, it says.
"We match each other really well on the
world market as we both have a complementary mix of strong key
markets and new potential
markets,” said Anders Anderson, Kosan Crisplant’s
CEO. “The agreement strengthens both our service to customers
and our product development, and so gives us a stronger profile.”
Pam’s
new managing director, Joseph Brun, said: “We
have had a find cooperation with Kosan Crisplant regarding technological
development of special products for the French market, and this
strengthens our confidence in global development together.”
