TM Withdrawn
The LP GA has withdrawn Technical Memorandum
79 – the carriage of dangerous goods and use of transportable
pressure equipment regulations 2004. The memorandum was published
as interim guidance pending a review of Codes of Practice 2 – safe
handling and transport of lpg in road tankers and tank containers
by road, and 27 – carriage of lpg cylinders by road.
Both
these codes have been republished.
