Outdoorchef Showcasing New Season Lpg Gas Barbecues

Lp gas barbecue manufacturer Outdoorchef has launched its 2011 brochure. Outdoorchef’s range of barbecues includes the company’s patented funnel system that can be positioned within the barbecue for concentrated or indirect cooking for pizza to stir-fry. It also protects the burners from fats, eliminating flare-ups.

Outdoorchef’s Venezia lpg model, part of its Cubic-Line range, has a steakhouse grill and kettle with two burners, and an additional drawer and bottom shelf for storage. The Ascona lp gas kettle barbecue, with 54cm cooking grid and eucalyptus timber (FSC) bottom, is available from the Classic-Line range.

Outdoorchef sales manager Robin Honeywill said: “In our exciting range of lpg barbecues, we’re confident there’s something to suit everyone’s tastes, which is all showcased in our new season brochure. In addition to this, we provide our retailers with all the help and support they need to promote our products in store. This includes cookery demonstrations, so we can really bring the Outdoorchef barbecue to life and show the versatility of the system. From experience, demonstrations can improve sell through by up to tenfold, making this event a positive opportunity for retailers.”

Those looking for a portable lp gas barbecue are able to choose from the Porto or City Gas in the Base-Line range. Outdoorchef says its City Gas barbecue is the most compact lpg gas kettle barbecue in the world, with a 39.5cm cooking surface and preassembled ignition. The Porto lp gas barbecue is lightweight and compact with detachable legs, two cooking heights and one touch ignition.

Robin said: “For those on a camping or caravanning holiday, it’s essential that their lpg barbecue is lightweight and compact, as space is obviously an issue.
