Royal Warrant for Flogas

Flogas UK Ltd has been granted a Royal Warrant to Her Majesty The Queen in recognition of its services to the 20,000-acre royal estate at Sandringham in Norfolk. The Royal Warrant is a mark of recognition to individuals or companies who have supplied goods or services for at least five years to HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh or HRH The Prince of Wales.

Flogas will display its new By Appointment status and the Queen’s Royal Arms on its vehicle livery as part of an integrated marketing campaign.

Lee Gannon, head of sales and marketing at Flogas, said: “Flogas customers have long known about our commitment to high standards, service and excellence, so it’s befitting that we have had the ultimate seal of approval by being granted a Royal Warrant to Her Majesty The Queen. We are immensely proud of this achievement.”

Flogas has also been awarded the Carbon Trust Standard as a result of improving its carbon efficiency by 18.8%*.

Henry Cubbon, managing director of Flogas, said: “When we embarked on our journey with the Carbon Trust Standard, we found that we were doing much of what was already required – we simply needed to measure the effects of our actions and consider the additional areas where we could make meaningful changes. It really was a team effort and I believe that this is what helped our positive actions to become part of the Flogas culture. Although undoubtedly a major achievement, we see achieving the Carbon Trust Standard as part of a continuous programme of improvement for our business and our customers.”
