Bullfinch Issues Safety Leaflet for LP Gas Users

Birmingham-based Bullfinch (Gas Equipment) Ltd has responded to frequent requests for guidance by issuing a safety information leaflet. The six-page foldout leaflet, based on information already included in Bullfinch’s sales brochures, is available to lp gas users across the UK.

Bullfinch’s commercial director Stuart Plimmer said: “Safety is always a key concern for us at Bullfinch. Lpg gas is quite safe in the hands of careful, experienced and professional users. However, there are always inexperienced and new users coming into contact with lpg equipment.

“The safety and technical advice and guidance we publish in our sales brochure is frequently complimented and our technical team receives regular requests for this information. We consulted leading technical skills trainers in colleges and equipment suppliers and hirers to gauge the level of need. This led us to conclude it was absolutely right to publish it separately and make it as widely available as possible across our many user markets.”

Andy Connor, senior supply chain manager for multiple lpg gas equipment supplier Speedy Hire, said: “We’re delighted Bullfinch have done this and that they have offered us copies of this publication for use in all our branches. We hire out lots of lp gas equipment and can never be quite sure of the level of users’ expertise. Bullfinch’s excellent publication is ideal for us to issue to everyone to whom we hire lpg kit.
