TouchStar Team Effort Reduces SHV’s Lpg Delivery Costs

TouchStar Technologies has teamed with ORTEC and Silicon Controls to deliver SHV Gas’ Digital Logistics Initiative and help it reduce its lp gas distribution costs by 10 per cent. SHV Gas, Calor Gas’ parent company, operates in 27 countries worldwide and its 2,000 trucks deliver lpg in bulk and cylinders from around 100 warehouses across Europe.

The solution will integrate TouchStar’s TouchPC technology with ORTEC’s vehicle routing and dispatch software and Silicon Controls’ remote vessel monitoring system Gaslog.
