Bournemouth & Poole College has launched a new course for central heating engineers to enable them to comply with relevant legislation on energy efficiency. Installers play a key role in advising householders on which boiler to install, and it is important to install energy efficient heating systems in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and comply with Building Regulations.
“This training programme will help you understand the relationship between energy and climate change and how these impact on your day to day business,” said Pat Antwis of Bournemouth & Poole College. “The course comprises training in the morning followed by an online exam in the afternoon. The next course commences July 3 and places are limited, so call now to book your place.
“We also run a wide range of domestic safety accredited training and assessments to enable you to continue to be registered to work in the industry. All our courses are run on a regular basis at days and times to suit you. They are competitively priced and fully inclusive of tuition, registration and course manuals.”
