
The World LP Gas Association (WLPGA) has announced that David Tyler joined its team as director, projects and business practices. His primary role will be to lead the association’s activities on good practices within the lpg industry.
He will also further consolidate the WLPGA’s programmes on innovation and drive its global autogas initiative. This will include working closely with industry members on the Global Technology Network (GLOTEC) and Global Autogas Industry Network (GAIN) committees. He will also be responsible for the Asian/Pacific membership group.
David worked for Shell International for 25 years in senior marketing management positions, including commercial director in Indonesia. In 1996, he established his own lp gas consultancy business in Australia and since then has successfully undertaken strategic projects in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Australia. He has lived and worked in many countries, including the UK, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong and China.
