Premier Acquires Pumptronics
Pumptronics Europe Ltd has been acquired by
The Premier Pump & Tank Co Ltd, a design, installation and
maintenance company operating within the liquid fuel storage
and distribution equipment market.
"The directors of the Premier Pump & Tank
Co believe that the addition of Pumptronics Europe will strengthen
The Premier
Group of Companies as well as contributing some support, stability
and development potential to the Pumptronics operation," said
Ken Owen, managing director of the Premier Pump & Tank Co.
Pumptronics
will continue to operate from North Walsham. Charles and Amanda
Huddleston are no longer involved with the company.
